Meet The Team
Nikki Vicentijevic
Hair, Nail & Piercing Artisan
With over 16 years of experience, Nikki’s journey began on international cruise ships in 2011, where she explored 20 different countries while perfecting her craft. In 2013, she expanded her artistry into nail health and has spent the last three years mastering the art of body piercing.
“I love my work because it is a space for total creative freedom. Whether it is through hair or nails, I enjoy the journey of building relationships with my clients and helping them express their own unique beauty.”
Specialisations: Hair Design, Professional Nail Artistry, & Body Piercing.
Fun Fact: Nikki spent two years working at sea, bringing a world of international trends and techniques back to Thabazimbi.

Damon Esterhuizen
Fine Art & Tattoo Artist
Damon brings 5+ years of dedicated artistry to THE STÜDIO, with a deep respect for the boundless nature of art. He believes that art shouldn’t be restricted or defined; instead, it is a living experience that connects the artist to the individual.
“I admire thinking ‘outside the box.’ My joy comes from helping others achieve their artistic dreams and bringing custom designs to life with precision and heart.”
Specialisations: Black & Grey Realism, Fine Line Artistry, & Custom Design.
Fun Fact: A true “bird nerd” and wildlife enthusiast. When he isn’t behind the needle, he is out in nature enjoying the beauty of the South African bushveld.

Shanade Esterhuizen
Manager, Therapeutic Art Coach
As a Therapeutic Art Life Coach currently completing her MSc in Psychology, Shanade’s passion lies at the intersection of mental well-being, creativity, and faith. As the Studio Manager, she ensures that every person who walks through the door feels the peace of a true sanctuary.
“I believe in the power of a soft place to land. My heart is in creating a space where art and wellness meet, allowing people to rediscover their own rhythm through the healing grace of Christ and creativity.”

Fun Fact: A total wildlife lover at heart. You will often find her recharging in the Kruger National Park, capturing the beauty of the bushveld through her camera lens.
